What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For stock items, our MOQ starts from just 100 pcs, so you can test the market with a small batch. Fully custom molded items may carry higher MOQs because of tooling. Tell us your target volume and we will suggest the most cost-effective route.
How long is the production lead time?
Stock, undecorated products typically ship in 12–20 days. Custom color, printing or coating adds time, with most custom runs completing in 25–35 days. We will give you a firm date in the quote.
Can you customize color, logo and closure?
Yes. We offer Pantone-matched bodies and closures, screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating, anodizing and labeling. Share your artwork and we produce a pre-production sample for sign-off.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Stock samples can be shipped within a few days; custom samples follow the development timeline. Sample cost is typically deducted from your first bulk order.
What are your payment terms?
Common terms are 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, or 100% via secured channel for new accounts. Terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.
Which incoterms and shipping methods do you support?
We ship EXW, FOB and CIF, by sea, air or express courier. We can work with your freight forwarder or arrange door-to-door delivery.
Are your materials cosmetic grade, and can you provide documents?
We supply cosmetic-grade materials. Material specifications, MSDS and test reports such as SGS or BPA-free declarations can be requested from the producing factory for the market you ship to — tell us what your destination requires and we will confirm what is available before you order.
